I'm thinking about getting a blog on blogspot, it seems like that's where the best work is nowadays. Not a lj-blog, but like a creative columnesque thing posted weekly. John B gave me the idea, what with El Guapo in DC.

Also facebook lets me have notes now, further compounding this lj's obsolescence.

Italy won the World Cup. This is not surprising, but more frustrating than anything. Italy is to me what France is to say...Prather. Their women are hairy in the arms and they lack both the wine and the cheese to placate me in my stuporous fury. To hell with Old Italy.
